DOCUMENTATION: |

The documents required for customs clearance of In-transit Aid/Relief Cargo for Afghanistan would be
-
Original Bill of Lading clearly declaring Shipper’s Own Container Number and Seal
Number – In transit to Afghanistan via Karachi - duly signed and rubber stamped by
the consignee/importer at the back;

Original Invoice + Packing List + Container Stuffing List + Certificate of Origin showing
the exact description, quantity, unit price and cumulative value of each item;

Route Permit / Transit Permission of Central Board of Revenue, Government of
Pakistan allowing the transit permission in respect of the consignment being imported
as in-transit Afghan Aid/Relief Cargo.

Authority Letter of the Importer/Consignee in our name allowing/authorizing our
company to custom clear and transport the shipment.

Photocopy of the Permission Letter issued by Afghan Ministry of Commerce
allowing/authorizing the consignee/importer to import the aid/relief cargo in to
Afghanistan;
-
Certificate of Donation of the Goods issued by the foreign shipper declaring the nature
of donation and certifying that the goods are donated and not meant for sale or to be
used for any commercial purpose.
